Our staff have to be personable, friendly and caring - a smile goes a long way to establish good client contact and guests return to Ski Morgins time & time again because they know they're going to be well looked after by interested, motivated staff. We are looking for candidates who are honest, committed, take a pride in their work and are professional in their outlook; people who work hard in order to maximise leisure time on & off the slopes.

Our winter season runs from the middle of December to the middle of April and all our staff have to attend an induction course prior to the arrival of our guests. The summer season starts around the end of May and finishes mid-September.

When applying for a job in the Alps, don't forget that hours can be long and the sun doesn't always shine! Be prepared to deal with difficult guests (thankfully, ours are few and far between!) and change-over days of nightmarish proportions. The golden rule is flexibility; we're a small company and things can and will change at the last minute. Our guests choose to take their holidays with us precisely because we are flexible and we have attentive, caring staff. And you will find that the more you put into your work, the more you'll get out.
